United States History (45.0810)

When is this class offered?

THIS COURSE REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 4 STUDENTS!

Course Description
This course is a chronological study of America from the arrival of the first Americans through present day.  We will use the textbook as our guide, but we will also use non-text methods for making our history come to life.  We will unlock some of the mysteries in our past to understand why things happened the way they did and to have fun while we learn.  Current events are integrated into the curriculum on a weekly basis so that students can see modern connections between then and now to enhance their understanding of history and help to make them more civic-minded and conscientious citizens.
